artwork checklist

SIZE AND RESOLUTION

All artwork must be supplied at the correct proportion, a minimum of 150dpi at 100% of size for bitmap/raster images.

We may have a template you can use for your file; look here.

BLEED

Please have a 5mm bleed on all files.

CROP MARKS

No crop marks, no printer marks.

You may be charged for any file alterations required, including removing marks. If you need a border, please use a 10% black hairline.

FORMAT

PDF files are perfect, and please ensure all fonts are converted to outlines/paths. We also accept EPS, CorelDraw, once again ensure all fonts are converted to outlines/paths.

COLOURS

If you require specific colours, please supply the PMS numbers. This is really the only way we can check, you can supply CMYK colours, but they will be printed as they come. Please set solid black to CMYK 50,50,50,100

One colour model, RGB or CMYK.

RASTER/BITMAPS

Flatten off all raster layers, blends, shades etc.

CHARGES

Any minor changes to files will be done at no charge. Anything beyond this is chargeable at $95.00 plus GST per hour.

PROOFING

If you have supplied the artwork and require a proof this will be charged at $18.50 plus GST
